The third wave of Eurofound’s European Company Survey was carried out in 2013. It surveyed management representatives in over 24,000 establishments; where available, employee representatives were also interviewed – in 6,800 of these establishments. The European Company Survey captured workplace practices in terms of work organisation, workplace innovation, human resource management, direct participation and social dialogue. After setting out the findings, this report then examines how these practices relate to each other and to the outcomes for companies and workers. Overall, the European Company Survey 2013 finds that establishments that used joint employee-management decision-making on daily tasks, have a moderately  structured internal organisation, make a limited investment in human resource management but have extensive practices for direct participation score best both in terms of company  performance and workplace well-being.

    Al treilea sondaj european în rândul întreprinderilor – Practici la locul de muncă: modele, performanță și starea de bine

    Author(s):
    Eurofound

    Cea de-a treia ediție a sondajului european Eurofound în rândul întreprinderilor a fost realizată în anul 2013. Au fost intervievați reprezentanți ai conducerii din peste 24 000 de unități; în măsura posibilului, au fost de asemenea intervievați reprezentanți ai angajaților – în 6 800 din aceste unități. Sondajul a surprins practicile la locul de muncă în ceea ce privește organizarea muncii, gestionarea resurselor umane, participarea directă și dialogul social. După prezentarea constatărilor, raportul analizează în ce mod se întrepătrund aceste practici și legătura lor cu rezultatele pentru întreprinderi și pentru lucrători. În general, în raport se constată că unitățile care au recurs la luarea de decizii privind sarcinile zilnice în comun de către angajați și conducere, care au o organizare internă moderat structurată și care fac investiții limitate în gestionarea resurselor umane, dar au practici extinse pentru participare directă, înregistrează cele mai bune rezultate atât în ceea ce privește performanța unității, cât și starea de bine la locul de muncă.
