Innovations in work organisation have the potential to optimise production processes in companies and improve employees’ overall experience of work. This report explores the links between innovations in work organisation – under the broader label of high performance work practices (HPWPs) – and the potential benefits for both employees and organisations. It draws on empirical evidence from case studies carried out in 13 Member States (Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, UK) of the European Union where workplace innovations have resulted in positive outcomes.

    Inovácie v organizácii práce môžu prispieť k optimalizácii výrobných procesov v podnikoch a zlepšiť celkové vnímanie práce zo strany zamestnancov. V tejto správe sa skúmajú vzťahy medzi inováciami v organizácii práce – vysokovýkonné pracovné postupy (VVPP) – a potenciálnymi prínosmi pre zamestnancov aj pre organizácie. Správa je založená na analýze prípadových štúdií vykonaných v 13 členských štátoch Európskej únie, kde inovácie na pracovisku viedli k pozitívnym výsledkom. VVPP založené na postupoch ako štíhly manažment, tímová práca, flexibilné pracovné postupy, redizajn pracoviska a zapájanie zamestnancov sa najčastejšie spájali so zvýšenou produktivitou podniku, lepšou kvalitou služieb a znížením operačných nákladov.
