Chabber and the Temporary Employment Act

Chabber is a platform that serves as intermediary between customers and service providers (in particular waiters, bartenders and kitchen assistants). It operates as a temporary employment agency covered by the Act on Temporary Agency Work. The Act on Temporary Agency Work came into force in 2013 entitling temporary workers to the same terms and conditions they would receive as permanent employees.
