Description

In January 2021, the administrative committee on work relations of the Belgian government published a declaration stating that, following an assessment of working conditions, Uber drivers must not be understood as self-employed. The investigation was made as a result of a complaint filed in July 2020 by an Uber driver with the support of the CSC United Freelancers.
