Povzetek

The quality of the working lives of European citizens is strongly dependent upon the forms of work organisation within which they operate. This report examines the four main types of work organisation that exist in Europe, outlines the characteristics that distinguish them, and looks at their prevalence in terms of sector, occupation, company size and from a cross country perspective. The analysis is based on findings from the fourth European Working Conditions Survey carried out across 31 countries, including the 27 EU Member States. An executive summary is available.

    Po raziskavi iz leta 2005 je fundacija Eurofound opravila nadaljnje podrobne analize ugotovitev o ključnih temah, ki se nanašajo na delovne razmere v EU. Raznolikost oblik organizacije dela po Evropi je bila ena izmed raziskovalnih tem in je predmet tega poročila. V ta namen je bila opravljena analiza rezultatov evropske raziskave o delovnih razmerah, ki je pokazala razlike v glavnih oblikah organizacije dela po državah EU in preučila strukturne in demografske značilnosti ter presečni pregled značilnosti po posameznih državah, ki pomagajo pri opredelitvi različnih oblik organizacije dela, raziskala pa je tudi povezavo med organizacijo dela in različnimi razsežnostmi kakovosti dela in zaposlovanja. Študija vključuje tudi analizo razmerja med organizacijo dela in praksami upravljanja človeških virov ter raziskavo organizacije dela v malih gospodarskih družbah in „netržnih“ sektorjih, kamor spadajo ustanove na področju javne uprave in socialne varnosti, izobraževanja, zdravstva in socialnega varstva.
