Courier Collective Fahrwerk

Fahrwerk is a collective of couriers established in 2009 by couriers in Berlin, which aims to create better working conditions. The couriers transport everything customers request using solely emission-free means of transport such as cargo bikes, trains and, if necessary, electric cars. Decisions are made collectively in assemblies of workers. Although the workers are self-employed, payments are made by the hour and not by the number of deliveries. This ensures a fair, less work-intensive and non-competitive working environment.
