Rodant Bicimissatgeria cooperative

The Rodant Bicimissatgeria cooperative operates via a platform and carries out deliveries of packages and food. It was founded in November 2020 and arose from the initiative RidersXDerechos Valencia, a platform to denounce false self-employed used by digital platforms. The cooperative aims to demonstrate that a socially fair delivery business is possible with respect for workers' rights. Being collectively owned by its members, the cooperative is based on collective decision-making which aims to minimise competition between colleagues. It is part of the international federation CoopCycle and participates in FEVECTA, the Valencian Federation of Cooperatives of Associated Work.
