Abstract
V reakci na ruskou válku proti Ukrajině aktivovala EU směrnici o dočasné ochraně osob, které z této země uprchly, což jim umožnilo usadit se v EU a získat přístup k základním veřejným službám a trhu práce. Do jara 2023 využilo tuto směrnici nebo podobné vnitrostátní systémy ochrany v EU více než 4,5 milionu osob. V roce 2022 Agentura Evropské unie pro základní práva provedla mezi lidmi vysídlenými z Ukrajiny on-line průzkum. Nadace Eurofound analyzovala výsledky průzkumu týkající se jejich zkušeností při hledání zaměstnání. V tomto dokumentu se zdůrazňují hlavní překážky, s nimiž se vysídlené osoby setkávaly, a navrhuje způsoby, jak usnadnit jejich začlenění.
