Seminar on violence and harassment in the workplace (summary)

The first European Working Conditions Observatory seminar (11-12 December 2003, Conseil Central de l'Économie, Brussels) brought together participants and presenters from a variety of different perspectives and allowed the Foundation staff and network correspondents to compare findings from national and European research and to look at some of the practical aspects of implementing workplace policies to combat violence and/or harassment. This document summarises some of the main points to emerge from the two-day discussions.
