Published: 4 May 2006

The purpose of this third phase of the study on equality of opportunity between men and women in Europe consists in presenting pre-selected collective agreements and analysing their history, their substance and their consequences with a view to illustrating good European practice in negotiations aimed at establishing equality between women and men. The agreement selected for France is an equality agreement between the Mutualité Sociale Agricole du Finistère and two trade-unions organizations (the CFDT and CFTC).
