Current Agreements on Information and Consultation in European Multinationals: 30 additional agreements (Volume III)

For the past three years the Foundation has been building up an archive of voluntary agreements concluded in response to the Council Directive 94/45/EC of 22 September 1994. The work of this project is documented in the previous publications Review of Current Agreements on Information and Consulttation in European multinationals and Current Agreements on Information and Consultation in European Multinationals. Vol. II. This publication updates and supplements the already existing volumes listed above and it should be read in conjunction with them. Agreements included in this paper are those which were available to the Foundation by September 1996.
