Current Agreements on Information and Consultation in European Multinationals Volume IV: 40 additional agreements

The Foundation has built up an archive of voluntary agreements concluded in response to the Council Directive 94/45/EC of 22 September 1994. This report's intention is the completion of the collection of voluntary agreements concluded before that date. Following on from that date the opportunity for multinational companies to sign up a voluntary agreement under article 13 of the Directive expired. Agreements included in this paper are those made available to the Foundation by February 1997.
