Social Implications of Teleworking: the health and safety issues for teleworkers in the European Union

The aim of this study on the health and safety of teleworkers is to provide an overview of the rules and regulations governing the occupational health and safety aspects of teleworking in the Member States; the main issues regarding the occupational health and safety of teleworkers in the Member States as coming from existing research, statistics, case studies or literature. The report identifies possible risks to the health and safety of teleworkers and the existence (or otherwise) of legal provisions to cover these risks.
