Abstract
This report first analyses the legal position of teleworkers and then examines the social security law questions associated with telework, to see how they are tackled today and what directions are envisaged for the future. This report is part of a series of three consolidated reports on the legal position of teleworkers. In these reports the labour law, the social security position and the safety and health protection of teleworkers are dealt with respectively.
