It focuses on comparing the state of play of industrial relations, the social dialogue structures and the current bargaining agreements. In the light of the current economic crisis, one of the study’s key research questions was whether and to what extent the crisis has changed the scope and the nature of industrial relations in the commerce sector, as well as the industrial relations tools the social partners are using.
