This edition of BEST focuses on compressed working hours, in its various forms, calling, as usual, on the experience of the BEST network, and its members’ experience of several different European economies. BEST is the Bulletin of European Studies on Time, offering condensed and practical information on important developments in the field of work organisation and shiftwork. The bulletin is aimed at those who are interested in keeping abreast of developments in the field of work organisation and shiftwork in the Member States of the Community.
