Employment, family and community activities: a new balance for women and men

Public policy and social science have both come to recognise the importance of men's and women's labour in different spheres. This report outlines some key aspects of EU policy, summarises some of the main changes in the way men and women are allocating their time to different spheres of activity, and explores the evidence relating to the potential for job creation.
