An Innovative Economic Incentive Model for Improvement of the Working Environment in Europe

This report describes a European model for economic motivation targeting the improvement of health and safety at work. Several different types of economic incentives are contained within the one model. The proposed system operates within a framework of compulsory industrial injury insurance paid by the employer. However, the incentives aim to mobilise a number of social parties inside and outside the individual enterprise.
