Supporting employability: guides to good practice in employment counselling and guidance

Published: 26 August 2012

Eurocounsel is an action research programme focusing on ways to improve guidance and employment counselling services for the long-term unemployed, and those at risk of long-term unemployment. It has been based primarily on work in the ten local labour market areas in six Member States and detailed results from the Eurocounsel programme have been published in a number of reports. This publication contains three guides highlighting issues of good practice as they have emerged from the work of Eurocounsel and from the knowledge and experience of researchers, policy makers and practitioners in this field.
