The fundamental nature of the ACTEUR groups is that it brings people together and that changes their relationship. The network provides the ideal forum to explore the central issues in working life. The strength of ACTEUR derives from the representative nature of its membership. Most of the organisations bring together three strands of interests: governments, employers and trade unions.
