Partnerships, participation, investment, innovation: meeting the challenge of distressed urban areas (Conference report)

In June 1998 in Dublin, the OECD and the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions, with the support of the European Commission DG XVI, sponsored a conference to share their work and stimulate discussion and thought on the issues affecting these areas. The discussions and presentations of the conference form the basis of this report.
