Description
MOVO Plzeň, Czech company focusing on repair and modernisation of railway wagons, is to cut between 197 and 297 jobs out of a total 347. This a result of the restructuring process starting in November 2012 and due to finish by the first half of 2013.
Reduction occurs because the parent group Å koda Transportation decided to relocate two long-term contracts to a modern subsidiary Pars nova located in Å umperk. Most redundant workers will be given the opportunity to get job in the parent group or in other subsidiaries.Â
