Description

Second largest Slovenia based bank with 11% market share has been facing organisational changes in the light of merger of several financial and insurance companies into a major financial pillar as designed by the owners. Management of the bank estimates that up to 10% percent of current workforce is already redundant. The terms and final numbers will be negotiated with the employees' representatives.
