European Working Conditions Survey 2024 follow-up surveys

Eurofound is carrying out two waves of an online survey in November 2025 and January–February 2026, covering all EU Member States. These surveys build on the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS) 2024, inviting respondents who at the time kindly agreed to take part in follow-up research, to answer some more questions about their working conditions and quality of life. The objective of the project is to monitor how people’s working conditions evolve over time.

Topics covered

The short online questionnaires will cover different aspects of life and work, such as:

  • Employment and career paths

  • Job quality and working conditions

  • Quality of life and housing

  • Environmental practices in the workplace

Reward for participants

By taking part, respondents not only share valuable insights but also help shape evidence-based policies that aim to improve jobs across Europe. As a thank you, participants who complete the survey will get a voucher from Vouchers Depot(opens in new tab)This link opens in a new tab.
