The aim of this Call for expression of interest is to establish a database of external remunerated experts providing expertise in the field of industrial relations and social dialogue to Eurofound.

Candidate countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine and Kosovo.
How the CEI will be implemented:
Individuals submit their applications, via an online tool, in line with the rules described in the specifications.
Eurofound staff assess the applications received and draw up a list of experts who meet the call criteria and can be added to the database.
When Eurofound needs an opinion or advice on a particular task, the unit concerned will select the most suitable expert(s) from the database.
The tasks will be formalised in a contract defining the exact duration of the tasks and their maximum price.
The CEI is open and the database of external remunerated experts is valid for a period of 12 months, renewed automatically up to four times for a maximum period of validity of four years, i.e. until 24/03/2030 unless notification to the contrary is published by Eurofound. Interested parties may submit an application at any time prior to the last three months of validity of the list.
Please consult the call specifications and all annexes for detailed information on the scope of the call, overview of the procedure, criteria, application process and conditions for inclusion on the database.
