Skills & discretion index includes cognitive dimension, decision latitude and training. Working time quality index includes duration of work, atypical working time and working time arrangements. Prospects index includes job security and career prospects. Work intensity index includes quantitative demands, pace determinants and interdependency. *Index changes have been inverted for this chart.
