This informal meeting of the Employment Committee (EMCO), which will be held in Warsaw on 22–23 May, is one in the series of regular meetings that EMCO holds throughout the year.
Eurofound’s will hold its third Annual Lecture ‘Living and working in Europe 2025’ on 8 May in Dublin with the support of the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, to mark Europe Day and to celebrate Eurofound’s 50 years of supporting better policies for a strong social Europe in 2025.
The conference will be attended by counterparts of the Secretary of State and Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled Persons, Łukasz Krason – including Secretaries of State from EU countries and representatives of the European Commission.
On 4/03, this information session of the Social Protection Committee (an advisory policy committee to the Ministers in the Employment and Social Affairs Council, or EPSCO), will include a presentation by Eurofound on ‘Effective policy package to fully activate the EU ageing workforce working longer’
The high-level conference will open with a ministerial round table discussion on the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on the labour market and working conditions.
