European Working Conditions Telephone Survey 2021
Eurofound’s European Working Conditions Telephone Survey (EWCTS) 2021 extraordinary edition provides a wide-ranging picture of job quality across countries, occupations, sectors, gender and age groups in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. For this survey edition, it was necessary to adapt from face-to-face to computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI). As a result, comparison of the EWCTS with previous editions of the EWCS will not be possible and the options for analysis of trends over time limited.
European Working Conditions Telephone Survey 2021
The EWCTS covered over 70,000 workers in 36 European countries: the EU27 Member States, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
This data explorer presents the responses to over 100 questions from the questionnaire, which are grouped into 11 categories. Explore the data by country and filter responses by gender, age, employment status, occupation and sector.
