On 3 March, Eurofound organised its fourth National Cluster Seminar in Warsaw – in collaboration with the Polish employers’ organisation Lewiatan – to address the issue of how best to support a move to competitiveness based on innovation. Hosted by the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, the seminar ‘Quality jobs: from low wage to an innovation economy’, brought together public authorities, social partner representatives, and NGOs from the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
