Digitalisation of social protection

This report focuses on the digitalisation of front- and back-office processes in monetary social benefits. In 10 EU Member States and Norway, a digital application is possible for all, or all but one, of the nine benefits investigated. In at least five Member States, paper applications have been discontinued for some of the benefits.

Piekļuve cenas ziņā pieejamiem un atbilstošiem mājokļiem ir lielas bažas daudzās dalībvalstīs, to pilsētās un reģionos, ko pastiprina pēdējo gadu krīzes. Cilvēki, kas saskaras ar mājokļa pieejamības problēmām, ir pakļauti atstumtības riskam, nedrošībai par to, ka viņiem ir jāatstāj mājas, viņi nevar atļauties citas lietas augsto mājokļa izmaksu dēļ un viņiem ir jāpaliek viņu vajadzībām nepiemērotos mājokļos. Pieaugot dzīves izmaksām, enerģētiskā nabadzība rodas ģimenēm ar zemākiem ienākumiem, kuras nespēj atļauties uzturēt mājokļus pietiekami siltus vai segt īres vai hipotekāros maksājumus. Tajā pašā laikā bezpajumtniecība pieaug lielākajā daļā dalībvalstu.
