EMU and the implications for industrial relations: a select bibliographic review

Abstract
This report reviews the literature on the implications of EMU for the institutions and processes involved in the regulation of the employment relationship together with the main outcomes in terms of wages and employment. It does not review the literature on the implications of EMU for social protection, which is the subject of a companion study.
