Communiqué is the newsletter of the Foundation It is published 6 times per year and provides up-to-date news and information on the Foundation's work and research. This issue contains the following articles: Foundation Forum 2002; more supportive policies for social inclusion; balancing demand and supply in home care services; better governance through clearer social dialogue; promoting financial participation for employees; EIRO network extended.
