Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technologies are rapidly reshaping the world of work. But what does this mean for the nature of work and how we manage the workplace today?

Eurofound experts Sara Riso and Dragoș Adăscăliței will examine the implications of AI for work. They will assess the opportunities AI brings but also risks such as fears of job loss, skill obsolescence, the potential for increased surveillance, along with fundamental changes to how we work.

Drawing on previous research and fresh findings, real-life company case studies and an analysis of the evolving legislative landscape, Sara and Dragos will offer a lively presentation followed by an exchange of ideas with participants.

This off-the-record briefing for up to 30 participants is an opportunity to engage directly with Eurofound’s experts to explore data and findings in an informal setting, share perspectives and network with peers in the fields of working conditions, social affairs, industrial relations, and employment. It is also a valuable platform for sharing Eurofound’s upcoming research.

Please note places are limited. For queries about the briefing, please contact Cristina Arigho.
