Foundation visit to Riga, Latvia, and Vilnius, Lithuania, 6-9 June 2006
Background of the project
In 2005, the Quality of Life in Europe [survey](/search/node/areas OR qualityoflife OR eqls OR ?oldIndex) was the focus of visits to the Foundation's social partner and government representatives in several member states. In 2006, the Foundation will bring research and information about work–life balance, quality of life, and mobility to its stakeholders during the national visits.
The purpose
The national visits are part of the Foundation’s strategy to meet with its stakeholders and audiences on a regular basis, and to highlight current research in a particular national perspective. Seminars with special focus on worker mobility will take place on 7 and 9 June.
