Objectives of the seminar

This seminar will bring together national experts from the EU25 with the aim of:

• discussing future trends in industrial relations, and

• benchmarking European industrial relations against the Lisbon Strategy and in the light of the National Reform Programmes.

Outcomes

Several reports will be produced, including the following:

• Finalised national reports on industrial relations benchmarked against the Lisbon Strategy

• National reports on flexicurity

• National analyses looking at national reform programmes - specifically at which issues, and at which levels, social partners can make an especially valuable contribution.
