Conference on human rights of older persons in long-term care

The European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI), in cooperation with the European Commission, is organising a conference on 'Human rights of older persons in long-term care' in Brussels on 8 October 2014.

Topics to be discussed will be:

• implementing human rights through delivery of high quality,

• monitoring quality of care of older persons at the national level,

• developments on the project about human rights of older persons in long term care and, finally,

• international developments on the rights of older persons.

Robert Anderson, Head of the Living Conditions and Quality of Life Unit, will represent Eurofound at this event.
