Event background

The first pan-European Industrial Relations Forum on Workclimate will be held on the 10th and 11th of November 2005, in Barcelona Spain.

The Forum will be a platform for exchanging opinions and experiences between some of the principal social agents and heads of European companies in the field of industrial relations. Its purpose is to explore benchmark models in industrial relations and guidelines for developing future frameworks for optimizing work climate in Europe and, by doing so, improving the quality of life and work.

The EU Workclimate forum is financed by the European Commission, Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities.

Further information is available on the EU Workclimate website.
