The 4th International Conference on Evidence-based Policy in Long-term Care will be held at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), London, from 4 to 7 September 2016. This conference will offer an opportunity to debate with international academics, policy makers and other experts key policy issues related to organisation, delivery, funding and regulation of long-term care services.

Plenary sessions will address the following themes:

  • Long-term care in low and middle-income countries

  • The economics of integration: What do we know?

  • Social and demographic change and long-term care demand

  • Attracting and retaining workforce in the long-term care sector

Eurofound contribution

Daniel Molinuevo, Research officer, Living Conditions and Quality of Life unit, will speak on the subject of 'Providing nursing and residential care services in Europe: a greater role for the private sector?'.
