Background of the project
The Foundation continues to carry out research on an ageing society, driven by growing care needs, and concerns about the supply of formal care workers. Key issues of mobility, training and working conditions are examined. Research for this project was carried out in 11 Member States, Bulgaria and Romania.
The purpose
The seminar will debate the relevance of the research findings for policy development.
