Visit of EU Ambassadors and Irish Department of Foreign Affairs, 5 March 2012, Dublin, Ireland
Venue: Eurofound, Raymond-Pierre Bodin Conference Centre
Eurofound’s comparative research findings, data and policy-pointers, and their impact at national level, were on the agenda and part of the discussions when Dublin-based EU Ambassadors and representatives from 23 Member States convened in Eurofound’s offices in Dublin on Monday 5 March.
Eurofound’s senior research managers outlined the current research projects, which are intended to highlight issues and feed findings into the political debates on employment and change, working conditions and industrial relations, and living conditions and quality of life, in all EU Member States, during the three-hour visit.
The visit, which also included senior civil servants from the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs as part of Eurofound’s outreach activities in Ireland, also focused on the upcoming Irish EU Presidency during the first half of 2013.
