Abstract
These reports examine the labour market with regards to equal opportunities and collective bargaining in the EU. Each report focuses on one particular Member State, in this case Denmark. The overall objective of this research is to encourage social partners to take account of equal opportunities between men and women with a view to revise and modernise the bargaining process. This case study describes a development project at the firm Coloplast A/S at Thisted in Denmark.
