Care services in flux: Working conditions for quality childcare, long-term care and healthcare

In this report, Eurofound investigates three key care services that people may need throughout their lives: early childhood education and care, healthcare, and long-term care. It examines the workforces in these services, mapping their characteristics and employment and working conditions, and focuses on areas undergoing change that affect both working conditions and access to and quality of care services provided. The report presents examples of measures taken across the EU and provides policy pointers.
