Regulations to address work–life balance in digital flexible working arrangementsForthcoming

This report presents an examination of Member State regulations on flexible work using ICT, including the right to disconnect, that aim to improve workers’ work–life balance. The data have been gathered by the Network of Eurofound Correspondents from a variety of national-level sources: secondary national statistics; primary regulation sources such as laws, collective agreements and court rulings; specialist publications from governments and social partners; interviews with social actors; media monitoring; and research on working life.
