Convergence Monitoring Hub
The convergEU is targeted at researchers who wish to perform their own upward convergence analysis.
The web-based tool 'convergEU' permits the analysis of upward convergence for the full set of indicators part of the Social Scoreboard accompanying the European Pillar of Social Rights as well as for a selected set of Eurofound indicators drawn from the European Quality of Life Survey (EQLS) and the European Working Conditions Survey (EWCS). In five easy steps, the web-based tool can create a full upward convergence analysis: it downloads the data from Eurostat website automatically, then includes beta, sigma, delta, and gamma convergence measures as well as other measures to better understand country dynamics in a selected time period. A full indicator report or a country dynamic focus report are produced within 60 seconds. Eleonora Peruffo

Eleonora Peruffo er forskningsmedarbejder i Eurofounds enhed for socialpolitik. Hun arbejder med emner relateret til opadgående konvergens og social samhørighed i Europa. I løbet af 2021-2022 leverede hun dataanalyse til den europæiske telefonundersøgelse om arbejdsvilkår (EWCTS). Hun kom til Eurofound i 2014 og har arbejdet med emner relateret til omstrukturering, beskæftigelse og digitalisering. Hun har en MA i diplomatiske videnskaber og internationale relationer tildelt af University of Trieste og en MSc i datalogi - dataanalyse fra National College of Ireland.
Michele Consolini

Michele Consolini arbejder som forskningsmedarbejder i Eurofounds enhed for socialpolitik. Han leverer kvantitativ ekspertise inden for flere spørgsmål, herunder social samhørighed og tillid, klimaændringer og livskvalitet, konvergens og undersøgelsesstyring. Hans nuværende forskning ser på polariseringens rolle for social samhørighed og tillid og de socioøkonomiske udfordringer ved overgangen til en kulstofneutral økonomi. Han har en BA i sociologi og økonomi fra Alma Mater Studiorum i Bologna, Italien, og fra Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen, Holland. Han har afsluttet en forskningskandidatgrad i politisk kommunikation fra universitetet i Amsterdam, hvor han også arbejdede som undervisningsassistent og forsker inden for politisk psykologi.
