Ο καθορισμός των κατώτατων μισθών σε ολόκληρη την ΕΕ έχει καταστεί ένας ολοένα και πιο δυναμικός και στενά παρακολουθούμενος τομέας πολιτικής, ο οποίος διαμορφώνεται από τη μεταφορά της οδηγίας της ΕΕ για τους κατώτατους μισθούς στο εθνικό δίκαιο και από μια δεκαετία σταθερής αύξησης των νόμιμων αμοιβών σε πραγματικούς όρους. Η παρούσα έκθεση εξετάζει τις συζητήσεις για τον καθορισμό των μισθών που πραγματοποιήθηκαν σε όλα τα κράτη μέλη και τη Νορβηγία το 2025, εστιάζοντας στις χώρες με και χωρίς εθνικό κατώτατο μισθό, στην αλληλεπίδραση μεταξύ κατώτατων μισθών και συλλογικών διαπραγματεύσεων σε χαμηλά αμειβόμενους τομείς, καθώς και στον αυξανόμενο ρόλο των ενδεικτικών τιμών αναφοράς στη διαμόρφωση των εθνικών αποφάσεων.
