Carla Blanco Ameneiros

Carla Blanco Ameneiros is a temporary research support officer in Eurofound's Working Life unit, contributing to research on industrial relations and social dialogue, particularly the representativeness of European social partner organisations. Prior to this role, her research focused on working time reduction and its implications for working conditions and productivity, as well as flexible working arrangements and platform-based care work. Before joining Eurofound, she was a research assistant at Pablo de Olavide University, studying long-term care workers and attitudes towards the welfare system. She holds a Master's degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies, specialising in EU Public Affairs and Policies, from the College of Europe, and a joint degree in Sociology and Political Science from Pablo de Olavide University.
