Panos Kyriakoulias

Seconded national expert - Research officer

Panos Kyriakoulias joined Eurofound’s Working Life unit in December 2025 as a seconded national expert from the Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Security. He brings extensive expertise in labour relations and collective bargaining, supported by a professional background in public administration and involvement in workers' organisations. His research has focused on minimum wage issues, collective agreements and social dialogue at both national and European levels. Panos holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Athens and has completed postgraduate studies in Applied/Public History, specialising in trade unionism.
