Under the auspices of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union
The economic and social changes of the last 30 years have profoundly changed the way we work. This conference aims to look at the ongoing transformations at work and at future work challenges. It will be an opportunity for HR managers, researchers, practitioners, social partners and representatives of institutions, from France and from other European countries, to meet and exchange experiences.
The debate will focus both on the models available for understanding the new work challenges, and on innovative practices used in companies, in social dialogue or in public policies in the EU Member States.
