The purpose of the conference is to help forge better working relationships with 6 IPA countries in the future as well as initiating an ongoing dialogue with them. Eurofound is aiming to facilitate discussion with 6 IPA countries in order to exchange knowledge and expertise in the field of working conditions and social dialogue. The event is intended for policymakers and decision makers as well as government representatives, employers and trade unions of the 6 IPA countries concerned. Participation is by invitation only, with some 45 participants anticipated.
