Equal opportunities and collective bargaining in the European Union

This leaflet gives an overview of the Foundation's work on equal opportunities and collective bargaining which identifies a positive link between collective bargaining and the advancement of equal opportunities. The Foundation's work on this project began in 1994 and resulted in the publication of five consolidated reports, a body of work summarised in this leaflet.
